Early in the war, we returned to the academy—some from reserve duty, others with close family on the battlefield, many carrying personal loss. The war also intensified tensions within our academic discourse.
In response, we created a temporary exhibition in the department’s main space, open for one month. The exhibition sought to acknowledge the complexity of that moment and to remind our returning peers that we are a community shaped by love, anger, grief, and solidarity. November 2023
