Two sisters
The book explores how sisterhood is portrayed in popular culture through imagery from film and television.

Focusing on the dynamic between two sisters—especially when they appear almost as one in childhood—it examines the tension between closeness and individuality, and the recurring narratives of intimacy, rivalry, and separation that shape these on-screen relationships.
